Your reservations
will be confirmed in writing.

Payment on arrival.

The price includes
- bed linen, towels, and all other household
linen. (Change of bed linen by request,
not included in the price.)

Electricity
and oil heating are not included in
the price.

On departure,
the house, equipment and utensils must
be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Visitors are
responsible for any damage done, or
loss sustained to the cottage.

The right of
entry to the property at all reasonable
times is reserved by the owners with
or without work persons for the purpose
of inspection or to carry out any repair
deemed necessary to the property or
equipment, including gardening.

I reserve the
right to cancel a reservation when the
number of persons in the party is greater
than stated on the reservation.

Bookings cannot
be accepted from persons under 18.

I cannot be
responsible for loss or damage to valuables
or personal property and recommend you
have the appropriate insurance cover
in force during your holiday.

I regret - no
pets at Cornode or Froach - and only
1 small, well behaved dog at Lackaroe.
Please be warned that Lackaroe is not
fully fenced or dog proof.
